개인정보 처리방침
소중한 날들 - DDay Moments(이하 "앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 앱은 기념일과 날짜를 세는 도구이며, 이용자가 입력한 기념일 정보를 개발자의 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 모든 기념일 데이터는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
1. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
다음 정보는 이용자의 기기에 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 개발자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.

앱은 이름, 연락처, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소록, 사진, 위치 권한, 계정 정보를 요구하지 않으며 수집하지도 않습니다. 이용자가 기념일 제목에 개인적인 내용을 적을 수는 있으나, 그 내용 역시 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.
2. 알림
이용자가 기념일에 알림을 켜면 앱은 iOS 알림 권한을 요청하고 기기 안에서만 동작하는 로컬 알림을 예약합니다. 푸시 서버를 사용하지 않으므로 알림 내용이 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 권한을 거부해도 알림 외의 모든 기능은 동일하게 사용할 수 있습니다.
3. 내보내기와 가져오기
설정 화면에서 기념일과 축하 기록을 JSON 파일로 내보낼 수 있습니다. 이 파일은 이용자가 직접 선택한 위치(파일 앱, iCloud Drive 등)에 저장되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 파일을 어디에 두고 누구와 공유할지는 전적으로 이용자가 결정합니다.
4. 광고
앱은 무료로 제공되며 오늘 화면 상단에 Google AdMob 배너 광고 한 개를 표시합니다. 광고 제공을 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK와 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP) SDK를 사용합니다.
4.1 동의
앱은 실행 시 Google UMP를 통해 이용자의 지역에 필요한 동의 상태를 확인합니다. 유럽 경제 지역(EEA)·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 동의 양식을 먼저 표시하며, 동의 절차가 끝나기 전에는 광고 SDK를 초기화하지 않고 광고를 요청하지도 않습니다. 설정 화면에서 언제든지 개인정보 선택을 다시 열어 변경할 수 있습니다.
4.2 비개인화 광고와 추적
- 앱은 광고 SDK를 비개인화 광고 설정으로 초기화합니다(
publisherPrivacyPersonalizationState = disabled). - 게시자 자사 식별자(publisher first-party ID) 사용을 비활성화합니다.
- 앱은 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 이용자를 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트에 걸쳐 추적하지 않습니다. 따라서 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 통한 추적이 이루어지지 않습니다.
4.3 Google이 처리할 수 있는 정보
광고를 제공하는 과정에서 Google Mobile Ads SDK는 개발자와 무관하게 다음 유형의 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 아래 목록은 Google이 SDK와 함께 배포하는 개인정보 매니페스트에 명시한 내용입니다.
- 기기 식별자
- 광고 데이터
- 대략적인 위치(IP 주소 기반의 광역 위치)
- 제품 상호작용 정보
- 성능·진단 정보 및 비정상 종료 기록
이 정보는 Google이 독립적인 개인정보 처리자로서 다루며, 처리 방식은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다. Google은 국외에 서버를 두고 있어 이 과정에서 정보가 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다.
5. 제3자 제공과 처리위탁
개발자는 이용자의 기념일 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하지 않습니다. 애초에 그 데이터가 개발자에게 전달되지 않기 때문입니다. 앱에 포함된 제3자 구성요소는 위 4장에 적은 Google 광고 SDK가 전부이며, 분석·통계·크래시 리포팅 도구를 별도로 넣지 않았습니다.
6. 보유 기간과 파기
기기에 저장된 모든 데이터는 이용자가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 개별 기념일과 그 축하 기록은 앱 안에서 언제든지 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 시 관련 알림 예약과 위젯 표시 정보도 함께 정리됩니다. 개발자가 별도로 보관하는 이용자 데이터는 없습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
- 열람·수정·삭제 — 앱 안에서 직접 기념일을 확인하고 고치고 지울 수 있습니다.
- 이동 — 설정 화면에서 전체 데이터를 JSON 파일로 내보낼 수 있습니다.
- 광고 동의 변경 — 설정 화면의 개인정보 선택에서 동의 상태를 다시 설정할 수 있습니다.
- 전체 삭제 — 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 데이터가 모두 사라집니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 아동으로부터 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 앱이 개발자 서버로 어떤 정보도 보내지 않으므로 수집이 발생하지 않습니다.
9. 보안
기념일 데이터는 기기를 벗어나지 않으며 iOS가 제공하는 앱 샌드박스와 기기 암호화의 보호를 받습니다. 기기의 잠금 암호를 설정하면 보호 수준이 높아집니다.
10. 방침 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신해 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경이 있을 때는 앱 업데이트 설명을 통해 함께 알립니다.

Privacy Policy
DDay Moments ("the app") is a tool for counting days toward and since the dates that matter to you. The anniversary information you enter is never sent to the developer's servers. It stays on your device.
1. Information stored only on your device
The following is stored on your device and is not transmitted anywhere. The developer cannot access it.

The app does not request or collect your name, contact details, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location permission, or account information. You may type personal content into an event title, and that content likewise never leaves your device.
2. Notifications
If you enable a reminder for an event, the app requests iOS notification permission and schedules a local notification that runs entirely on your device. No push server is involved, so notification content is never transmitted. Declining the permission leaves every other feature unchanged.
3. Export and import
You can export your events and celebration history to a JSON file from Settings. That file is saved to a location you choose (Files, iCloud Drive, and so on) and is never sent to the developer. Where you keep it and whom you share it with is entirely your decision.
4. Advertising
The app is free and shows a single Google AdMob banner at the top of the Today screen. It uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK for this purpose.
4.1 Consent
On launch, the app checks the consent status required in your region through Google UMP. In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a consent form is presented first. The ads SDK is not initialized and no ad is requested until that flow completes. You can reopen and change your privacy choices at any time from Settings.
4.2 Non-personalized ads and tracking
- The app initializes the ads SDK for non-personalized ads (
publisherPrivacyPersonalizationState = disabled). - Publisher first-party ID usage is disabled.
- The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. No IDFA-based tracking takes place.
4.3 Information Google may process
While serving ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process the following categories of information independently of the developer. This list reflects the privacy manifest Google ships with the SDK.
- Device identifiers
- Advertising data
- Coarse location (broad location derived from IP address)
- Product interaction data
- Performance, diagnostic, and crash data
Google handles this information as an independent controller under its own policies, and processing may involve transfer to servers outside your country.
5. Third parties
The developer does not share or outsource processing of your event data, because that data never reaches the developer in the first place. The Google advertising SDKs described in section 4 are the only third-party components in the app; no analytics or crash-reporting tools have been added.
6. Retention and deletion
Everything stored on your device is removed when you delete the app. Individual events and their celebration history can be deleted inside the app at any time, which also clears the related notification schedules and widget data. The developer retains no user data.
7. Your rights
- Access, correct, delete — view, edit, and remove events directly in the app.
- Portability — export all data as a JSON file from Settings.
- Change ad consent — reopen your privacy choices from Settings.
- Erase everything — deleting the app removes all stored data.
8. Children's privacy
The app is not directed primarily at children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and since the app sends nothing to developer servers, no such collection occurs.
9. Security
Event data never leaves your device and is protected by the iOS app sandbox and device encryption. Setting a device passcode strengthens that protection.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date on this page is updated. Material changes that affect you adversely will also be noted in the app's update description.
